This is another project that seems to be taking forever, but when you take into account that there is nothing solid to rebuild or any plans to construct to, you'll realise that poor old Dave has to construct everything out of plywood and cardboard to get the right shape and more importantly asthetics before turning his hand to the metalwork . . .
