It makes you sit back and take note when you see the quality of work involved in the re-creation of this '55 Mercury. It's no good buying the best parts from the 'States' and beating your drum as to how good your car is unless you can get the necessary work required to fit such parts fitted so they look like they were part of the original design. THAT is the ultimate compliment. . .
Looking at the quality of work done here by Andrew is basically beyond anything that could have been even thought about back when the design engineers were thinking about the cars of the future. This car is going to be putting out huge horse power and Andrew has thought hard and long as to what is required to not only control that horsepower but also use it to its total benefit of power to the ground and not wheel spin. . .
This is a fairly solid addition to the rear end but it has to not only handle the coil-over shock assemblies but also a massive set of Air-ride air bags. . .
