Mudguard bases have been cut out with the plasma cutter and cleaned up with flapper discs on the 4inch grinder before the two main retaining brackets are mounted into place . . .
The main brackets are checked for squareness and then bent around the side walls of the tyres to maintain a very close profile. . .
Big fella has nearly got this side dne and is just checking everything for being properly squared up and that the guard runs a very close gap around the tyre. . .
Hard work finished with just a quick clean up with the flapper disc and then it's time for some paint. Don't forget that the other side has to be made up to match . . .
