'34 Pick-up . . .

 The firewall has been modified (cut to pieces) and now the top end of the motor fits nicely amongst the rails and into the cabin space. This is certainly a compact fit but looks like it was meant to be. . .
Have a gander at the rear cross member that Hodgey has made up for the pick-up. The hole on each side of the cross member is for the exhaust system to fit through and this keeps the exhaust up tight and out of sight. The main cut out of the crossmember is for the gearbox to be cradled in. Man this is chunky and beautifully made to help keep the central part of the chassis structurally rigid. . .
