SS Impala. . .

This is one very large piece of metal that is te rear section of the chassis that has been removed and readied for 'thinning'. . .about 500mm by the measurement of the two new wheels. . .

The white chalk line that you can see is where the new tubs are going to be cut out to house the new 15 x 15 wheels and rubber. . .

 Dave working on the SS while she's up on the hoist, quite a bit lighter too with all that reer chassis on the floor. . .

Moser diff is about 200mm too wide each side and that's one of the new tyres that has to fit into the new tubs. Magic rear end!!
