Toughen up the tail. . .

Harley 'soft-tails' are delivered to the shop and put into a jig and cut up to be custom made into 'hard-tails'. . .

Dave has roughed out the shape of a pair of 'hard-tail' axel plates from 10mm steel and has started to drill out the cut out. . .

Two plates are welded together and fabricated together so that they end up being an exact match for each custom frame. . .

Dave Almighty, fair dinkum if it wasn't for this bloke things would be going backwards at the moment. Boss is down the beach and the apprentice is throwing his guts up in the backyard with some sort of 'oyster-born lurgy'. . .hehehe
